Who We Are

Oleksa and I came up with the idea for building Interleave after we met doing a "music in games" panel at a music conference. We immediately found common ground in a desire to focus on amazing, talented people and intelligent, productive processes leading us to game changing projects, instead of death marches with little time for quality and innovation, and burnt out, unmotivated talent.

We do this work because we sincerely and absolutely LOVE to create and collaborate, to be part of a driven collective, and to get our hands dirty and dig in. We thrive on solving impossible challenges, finding new and exciting ways of doing things, and making serious magic happen. We are very blessed to have some of the most incredibly talented creatives and technical audio people in the world on our team, and it is truly our pleasure to work with them on the exceptional projects we're lucky enough to be part of. - Christian
